App Profiler for Exchange server provides storage managers with a monitoring and reporting tool that looks at current size, historical trending, and user file analysis at the server and mailbox level. Managers can examine the total size of mailboxes on the server, the size and owner of each mailbox, and information about sent and received messages and attachments. App Profiler for Exchange also offers performance monitoring of Exchange servers with raw and rollup data saved historically. Performance trending allows for proactive management; mailboxes can be groomed for duplicate files and old messages that can be shifted to secondary storage, thus reducing the chance of costly problems and inefficiency.
